1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dabble ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Payment Rules: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account management page or by contacting support.

Refund Policy: We offer a refund within the first seven (7) days of your initial purchase. After this 7-day period, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services.

3. User Conduct and Termination

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, phishing, or uploading malicious code.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms by engaging in activities such as spamming.

4. AI and Data Accuracy

Disclaimer on AI Hallucinations: Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence to process and analyze data. You acknowledge that AI systems can make mistakes, misinterpret data, or produce inaccurate information ("hallucinations"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information generated by the AI. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the output before making any business decisions based on it.

5. Service Availability and Liability

Limitation of Liability: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the service or any downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dabble and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service, but you grant us a license to use, process, and display it for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
